He is typical Yorkie. He is high strung, and nervous, but also loves to sit on laps. He will go outside, will potty on a pee pad, but will also go in the house if not contained and watched. He is good around other dogs and cats. He hasn't been around young children in quite awhile, but has never had an issue.
