Hi there, let me introduce myself! I'm Rico! A tiny body but a big heart! I was found as in Plant City as a stray. There are so many more like me there.
Rico loves to be held and loved on. He is just as happy to be with you wherever you are. He's currently looking for a foster or furever home to be a dog again. The street life is not for him! He wants to be clean spoiled, and fed. Meet Rico to see how adorable he is!

Hey there, world! I'm Rico, the coolest Chihuahua mix in town, and I'm on the lookout for my forever family! Let me tell you a little bit about myself!
First things first, my name's Rico, and I'm a dashing 5-year-old male pup. I might not know all the tricks in the book yet, but I'm a quick learner, especially when treats are involved! I'm overflowing with love and affection!
One of my foster fam's favorite things about me is how nurturing and caring I am. I'm like the ultimate cuddle buddy, and I've got plenty of love to share with my future humans! Oh, and did I mention I'm totally potty trained? Yep, I've got that down pat!
Now, here's the scoop on my ideal home! I'm all about that small family vibe, you know, cozy and intimate.
But here's the thing, I'm not too keen on other furry pals, especially the big ones. I much prefer being the center of attention, soaking up all the love from my humans! So, if you're looking for a one-and-only fur buddy, I'm your guy!

All Dogs/ Puppies/ Cat/ Kittens are up to date on everything as far as vaccines Spay/Neuter and Flea/Heartworm Prevention. If you are meeting a puppy or kitten that is not ready for adoption there is a waiting period until they are fully ready to go home. Adoption fee -Along with daily care costs, the adoption fees help Mercy Full Project cover vet bills, maintain their facility and cover the cost of their operations to rescue more animals in need.
