Meet Cielo (meaning heaven), she was found restricted to a cardboard square in her previous owners backyard. When Cielo went to leave that square she would get shocked in the neck at the highest setting. She is only a year old with lots of energy to burn but was never able to run or play or jump due to the neglect and abuse that she’s been shown. When she was finally released from the shock collar she got to jump, run and play for the first time in her life! She is very sweet, so far we know her favorite thing is giving hugs and kisses. She seems to be good with other dogs her size and has a very sweet demeanor.
