Hi my name is Oscar. I am a dog that is estimated to be about 1 year old. I am seriously a big ham that wants nothing but love!
I love being around humans and I know nothing of privacy! Every stranger is my friend! I'm the type of dog that whatever you are doing I want to do, too whether that is playing and goofing around or being couch potatoes together! I am a happy boy who is happy for this second chance at life! I am potty trained and can sit and shake. I am non destructive in the home. My foster mom is teaching crate training although I prefer to be near her at all times. I will follow you around everywhere you go. Some may say that I can be an emotional support dog.
My ideal home would be a loving family with a fenced-in backyard.
Fun Fact! I will velcro to my humans!
I was found as a stray skin and bones. They think I may have been dumped.
My medical: I am heartworm positive. Any heartworm treatment is covered through the rescue.
Oscar's adoption fee is $300.
Requirements: Fenced-in backyard, or an ESA letter if you live in an apartment. Precious breed experienced. Please no first time dog owner.

If you are meeting a puppy or kitten that is not ready for adoption there is a waiting period until they are fully ready to go home. Adoption fee -Along with daily care costs, the adoption fees help Mercy Full Project cover vet bills, maintain their facility and cover the cost of their operations to rescue more animals in need
