Rocco

Rocco was neutered a couple of days before I got him but he seems to want to mount my small female dog ALL the time. He has bitten other animals mainly my other dog and a stray cat that wandered in to my yard. He needs to go to someone experienced with "problem dogs" where his issues can be fixed in the right environment. I am disabled because of a neuromuscular condition and I am alone all day. I don't have the strength to walk him or play with him, and I know he really needs that. He is terrified of fireworks and barks if someone rings the doorbell. He needs to be center of attention and he thinks he's a lap dog. He will jump on your lap and lick your face and neck all over to show you how much he loves you, but everything on his terms. NOTE: If he is lying down resting or sleeping DO NOT touch him, he gets startled and growls or snaps. He needs to wear a muzzle to go to the vet since it totally freaks him out. He loves to sunbathe but hates getting a bath. Getting him to the actual bath is a mission but once you wet him he is a statue. He has worked with a trainer before ( Brian- Awoken K9), He recommended you guys and asked that I tell you that he is willing to provide 2 free sessions with new owners in order to make the transition easier. I love Rocco soooo much and it hurts me to have to let him go, but because I love him I have to let him have a better life than what I can provide him.
