Hi, my name is Tesha! I came into the county shelter as a stray after being shot by numerous BB bullets, some that are still inside of me. My rescue pulled me from the shelter to continue my medical care. I am now a happy and healthy girl ready for her forever home! I am a hound mix with the sweetest face and the floppiest. I am friendly and well tempered with all other dogs and I am currently being fostered with a couple! I am also great and calm with kids that know their boundaries. My favorite spot is on your bed… even if I'm not allowed on it. I am a sweet survivor with eyes that tell my story. I love napping, going out in the backyard and eating chicken. I can be an escape artist, so a secure fenced in yard or always being on a leash/ harness is key to my success!
Overall I'm an angel, I can be a little shy at first but I warm up quickly. I would like a quiet and calm household filled with lots of big dog beds.
