Hi there, future family! My name is Astrid, and I’m a sweet 1-year-old shorthaired kitty with a heart full of love waiting to bloom. I’m still learning to trust, but every day, I open up a little more. I’ve come a long way—from hiding in quiet corners to following my foster mom around, snoozing nearby, and even showing off my belly (a big step for a shy girl like me!).
I’m a calm and gentle soul, great with older cats, kittens, big dogs, and older kids. I don’t really know how to play yet, but toys are starting to catch my interest! One of my favorite things is soaking up sunshine by the window and indulging in some delicious wet food.
Oh, and you might notice something unique about me—I have a little part of my tail missing. No one knows if it was an accident or something else, but it doesn’t bother me at all. It’s just part of my charm!
My Dream Home:
I’d love a quiet and patient family who understands I’ll need time to feel safe. A home with another friendly cat sibling would be paw-some to help me keep growing in confidence. 🐾 Whether it’s an apartment, townhome, or house, I’ll find my cozy spot and make it mine.

Adoption FEE: $100 which includes her spay, microchip, and vaccines.
A Mercy Full Project (MFP) Adoption Application MUST BE COMPLETED in order for you to be considered as a potential adopter. By filling out the MFP Adoption Application you agree and understand that ADOPTION IS NOT GUARANTEED. We are not first come, first served and submitting an application does NOT guarantee adoption. All Dogs / Puppies / Cats / Kittens are up to date on age appropriate vaccines, spay/neuter, flea/heart worm prevention, and are microchipped prior to adoption. If you are meeting a puppy or kitten that is not ready for adoption there may be a waiting period until they are fully ready to go home.
Adoption fee - Along with the individual animals vetting and daily care costs, the adoption fee helps Mercy Full Project cover additional vet bills, maintain their facility, and cover the cost of their operations in order to rescue more animals in need.
