Meet Flash! This pretty girl has the sweetest and funniest personality a kitten can have! She is social and super playful with anyone she meets. She’s been tested with other cats and does great and would probably do fine with other animals as well. Flash has a neurological disorder that makes her wobbly when walking and playing, but it doesn’t stop her, hence the name Flash! Adopters should understand the commitment of adopting a special needs kitty but her personality will make up for the doubt.
