Hello, I'm General! I've been trying really hard to be the best kitty I can be and I have come to realize that I'm not really a people cat. I much prefer other animals over people! I am a good cat though, I promise, just not in the cuddly kitty kind of way. I'm great with other cats, I like dogs, really enjoy playing with toys, and use the litter box like a proper kitty should. I'm hoping to find my place in this big world and think the best life for me is as a hard working barn cat! I've been practicing with toy mice and fancy myself quite the catcher. I'd love for someone nice to come along and give me a shot as part of their barn crew. My nice foster has even offered to deliver me (locally) and MFP has waived my adoption fee - for the right person, of course.
General's Story: General is a very special kitten and has had a rough start in life. He was found as a stray with a burn on his leg (that has since healed nicely), taken to a shelter, and then brought to MFP in hopes of finding him a forever family. While he loves playing with toys and other cats, even after being with a dedicated foster for the past few months he is still nervous around people, avoiding being held or petted. General will need a home that understands he may never come around to human touch. A snuggler he is not, but he's a great kitten nonetheless, deserving of a loving home and we are committed to finding the purrfect place for him!

All Dogs/ Puppies/Cats/ Kittens are up to date on everything as far as vaccines Spay/Neuter and Flea/Heartworm Prevention. If you are meeting a puppy or kitten that is not ready for adoption there is a waiting period until they are fully ready to go home. Adoption fee -Along with daily care costs, the adoption fees help Mercy Full Project cover vet bills, maintain their facility and cover the cost of their operations to rescue more animals in need
