Apply to adopt a dog

Our adoptable animals have been with a foster or at our facility. We will share all information learned about them during the adoption process but we ask that you please read their bio to learn more about them. Once you submit an adoption application, our adoption coordinators will contact you to set up a time to meet.

We will ask you to please fill out all forms needed to start foster-to-adopt and to DONATE adoption fee

Step 06

Upon arrival to pick up our MFP dog, we will check References and Housing criteria

Step 05

After we interview you and your family, you will be notified of Approval, Denial or a "Better fit".

Step 04

We will schedule a meet & greet @ MFP Facility or an Adoption Event

Step 03
